Hi! 😊 I’m Nicole. My team and I started LunaShift because we know how much goes on during a busy business day. You’re taking care of clients, helping customers, managing your team, or focusing on everything else that comes with running a business. There’s only so much you can handle at once.
That’s where we come in. While you’re busy with the people in front of you, we take care of the people behind the scenes. We respond to website inquiries, follow up with leads, check in with current clients, send intake forms, help with appointment requests, update your CRM, and take care other tasks.
We chose the name LunaShift VA because we loved the idea of being the support behind the scenes. The work may happen quietly in the background, but it plays an important part in keeping your business moving. We’re here to make sure your clients, leads, and the details in between are taken care of. ⭐

+$5/hr when on reserve
Reserve specific hours for only $5/hr and we’ll be available when something immediate comes through.
While we’re working on the client or lead, a rate of $15/hr applies.Please note: We handle all outbound communication. We do not do inbound phone calls.

Easy! We can work around the hours your business actually needs support. Whether you need us for a few hours here and there or more regular support, we build your schedule around your business.
Standby is a great fit for businesses that don’t need someone working continuously, but still want a person available when something comes up. That might mean scheduling an appointment, responding to a lead, or following up with a client.
It can be helpful for private practices, wellness businesses, and other appointment based businesses. You get the extra support without needing someone actively working the entire time.
We don’t answer inbound phone calls, but we do handle other communication. That includes website inquiries, texts, emails, lead forms, questions, and appointment requests. If someone reaches out by text, for example, we will then call to get them booked.
We commit to responding to every inquiry within 5 to 15 minutes, with a maximum of 30 minutes during busier periods.
You’ll have one main virtual assistant who gets to know your business and works with you directly. We'll figure out who makes the most sense based on what you need, whether that’s me or another member of the team.
We bill every two weeks based on the hours you’ve used. We’ll send your invoice through Stripe. Your invoice will show your hours so you can see exactly what you’re being billed for.
